Actor and comedian Paul Chowdhry has today launched his new podcast, titled ‘The Paul Chowdhry Pudcast‘.
In the trailer for the upcoming series, Chowdhry states that future episodes will feature the likes of comedian James Acaster, broadcaster Ian Lee and drum and bass icon Goldie. Chowdhry joked that when his friends stopped returning his calls, he was forced to interview people he didn’t even know, including the former celebrities.
Chowdhry is well known for his stand up career, and in 2016 took part in the comedy TV series Taskmaster. He has completed record-breaking stand up tours, has released an Amazon Prime special, and became a fan favourite on The Russell Howard Hour. Taking to Twitter, the comedian stated that the podcast was going to “Revolutionise your life with deep meaning, funny and insightful interviews, with some of the biggest Z list celebrities in the world.”
The first two episodes are available to listen to now, featuring Russell Howard and London Hughes. Paul Chowdhry has stated that these two comedians are two of his old friends from back in his touring comedy days.
“This podcast has a 100% open door policy, so some might also view this as me saying ‘yes’ to every guest that I’m offered, which I did.”
